He has exceled in driving operational costs down, through efficiency improvements and has built a reputation for successfully delivering complex engineering projects and guiding cross-functional teams, while upholding high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. 

As Head of Engineering & Facilities at Cold Solutions, he provides strategic leadership across engineering governance frameworks, energy management, capital portfolio management and production performance. He is focused on driving continuous improvement and delivering practical, innovative solutions that strengthen operational efficiency and support the company’s long-term business objectives.
