Charles Kipngeno is a seasoned Projects, Process, Maintenance, and Utilities engineer with over 15 years of hands-on experience in multinational engineering within the FMCG sector. His expertise spans design, installation, testing, commissioning, and operations & maintenance of processes and facilities. As a certified Trainer of Trainers (ToT) in project management, utilities, and sustainability, Charles has directly contributed to major greenfield projects from construction to operation and maintenance phases.Throughout his career, Charles has driven value-based leadership initiatives that have resulted in significant cost reductions.

Charles holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical & Production Engineering from Moi University and is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). He won the 2022 Global Award for Energy Project of the Year (Sub-Saharan Africa) for his energy efficiency projects.

As a Head of Engineering and Facilities, Charles leverages his wealth of experience in facilities maintenance, space optimization, project management, sustainability practices, and people leadership to ensure efficient and reliable facility operations.
